Rental prices & availability

The prices quoted below are for the rental of the property NOT per person. So prices start (for 7 in December/January) from less than £22 per person per WEEK - even over Christmas & New Year!

NB ~ We are not running this as a business, we only rent the house out to family, friends & work colleagues. Owing to the unfavourable exchange rate of the Euro to the Pound, we have had to put up the rental prices for 2009. This is the first price increase since 2004. The 2008 prices were set when we were getting €1.40 to £1.00. Now we are only getting €1.10 (or less) to £1.00.

No extortionate supplement for Christmas/New Year/Easter!

  • A deposit of 25 percent is payable on booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival.

  • Please add a final cleaning and laundry charge of 70 Euros per booking (payable locally).
