The House
A luxurious and well equipped "quattro" style house (like two pairs of semis back to back) (see Plan) situated in the Dream Hills area of Torrevieja, an ideal location for your holiday in the summer sun and perfect for a golfing holiday in winter. The house is just over three years old.
There are three bedrooms (sleeping seven) & two bath/shower rooms.
Easily accessable from either Alicante airport (approx 45 mins.) or Murcia airport (approx 30 mins.)
The Lounge & Dining Room
 The spacious lounge and dining room is very comfortably furnished with two sofas ~ a three seater & a two seater, coffee table, storage units and a dining table which, when extended, comfortably seats six. |

| Currently, the TV can only receive Spanish channels. Also included is a playstation (one), an X-Box and a hi-fi. There is a selection of playstation games, X-Box games & CDs there but you may wish to take your favourites with you. There are also plenty of books, games, jigsaws etc. |

The Kitchen
The separate kitchen is contemporary in design and is fully equipped for your stay including full electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer and all crockery and utensils.There is also a water filter installed so drinking water is available on tap rather than having to buy bottled water.
Bedrooms
| On the ground floor is the first of the three bedrooms. This comprises a double bed, bedside drawers and lamp and fitted robes with a further four drawer chest inside. This bedroom also benefits from a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. An oil filled radiator is also available to keep you warm in the winter months. |

| The master bedroom contains a king-sized, comfortable bed, fitted robes, bedside drawers and lamps and it's own airconditioning and heating system. There is also a safe in the wardrobe. Patio doors lead you to the large balcony/sun terrace with table & chairs to relax in the evening. There is also a portable TV & DVD player with a selection of DVDs. |

| On the first floor, there is the second bedroom. This room comprises a pair of bunk beds, a single bed, a six drawer chest of drawers and double fitted robes. A ceiling fan is fitted in this room to keep it cool. |

Outside

As well as the sun terrace off the master bedroom there is a large roof-top solarium which is perfect for daytime sunbathing in complete privacy. This is equipped with four sun loungers and a shower. It also offers views of the beautiful Salt Lakes of Torrevieja. Outdoor garden furniture, sunloungers and parasol are available for use. There is a generous drive secured with double gates. The property is fully alarmed and has security grills & shutters fitted. |
